Actually I would like to know how Marcos will feel after reading my final lines, its effects on him, if any at all. I unblocked him in the middle of night just to write down a text, then blocked him again. I doubt he would reply, so blocking his number doesn't make a huge difference.

When he see your poke, it will somehow burst his ego, like "wow, she's looking for me". It might attempt him to communicate, but he may give up after thinking a lot. Even enjoying your attitude to do so, he will be thoughtful regarding what made you poking him .

As cards 13 and 17 are very positive for new beginnings , I go with a YES for this. I mean he does want/desire to try again with you, starting a brand new story, but he knows something needs to change before that, perhaps more verbal communcation and less comings and goings. By the way, fox can mean "fate pushing you into a direction", so it might be what he's waiting for.
