Please guys I need some help..an advice a message something.I've been crying for 2 days nonstop.I feel a little better for an hour or so and then I start again.I feel like my heart is completely broken These tears doesn't stop dropping. I had depression years ago but II was kind numb you know?Empty.Now the despair is running through my skin.I feel like running on a room where there's no scape.All I wanted was to disapear a little but for whatever I go i take myself on the baggage.There's no safer place.I'm hating myself now

one usually feels like that when they are trapped and cannot escape. Its the worst feeling ever. I guess you felt like that for a very long time and the Universe is pushing you to take charge and change the environment and circumstances. You do need to take a hard look and see what you can do to change. Don't pretend changes are not happening, hun. And don't resists them, Pluto and Saturn are demanding you to get rid of what does not work anymore and re structure your life. The Universe will not give you more than you can't handle so make a plan and go about it...you can do it.

I don't know how to do that now.I trusted so much but now these days I feel forsaked by the universe, I feel alone.I'm feeling like a chicken running without its head.Sometimes I hit myself because of the anger.I don't know what to do,all I feel is the pain

Clary sage essential oil is mood booster that could alleviate depression.
Rose oil is also very soothing.
If you could apply a little (diluted) on the heart chakra (between nipples) and crown chakra (top of head)?
