I'm seeing it's a relationship of convenience marked by many fantasies that one wishes were happening( inclined to think on behalf of P to I, not reverse). Sexually, I don't see sexual charge here. Even if there are romantic implications, it's so minor that if you blink, you miss it.

I do think though, if everything stays on the same path as is now, they may find themselves sleeping together as a way of dealing with frustration from their current professional and social lives. It still doesn't mean relationship though. I'm not sure why, but P's life becomes complicated by her involvement with I. It seems he's not into her. For him, it's like a "hey, I needed someone and you were there, but there's not anything between us." P gets the short end of the stick here for becoming too involved in her fantasy of how things could be, but her ideas are not rooted in reality of I and I's character.

The first thing that came to mind is "work hard, play hard."

I feel like Iv thinks you are someone who plays fair. You are not someone who likes to take take take. You work hard and long for what you have in life, and are a genuine go getter. I see that Iv also tends to think that you deserve more from life, that you shouldn't feel bogged down by him. Work hard, play hard. Shouldn't you be doing more adventuring? Why do you linger? I feel that he may feel that he can be burdensome to you, like an obstacle that's keeping you from going forth and doing more with your skills and talents.

I feel like these cards are a bit of the backstory for the 8 before. Iv sees you working hard to get where you are now. I tend to think there is also an unsaid familial tone here, where Iv feels you deserve more and he's unable to give it to you. He thinks you are in a building phase and doesn't want to disturb that balance, so he tries to minimize his direct influence in your life. I think he misses you though.

Not sure if you had a different question, for the starting college question I'm feeling a strong yes (Ace of Swords, The Empress, and 8 of pentacles). It may be a little bit of a challenge at first, as you adjust but overall the change feels to be very positive with a lot of personal growth this year.
