You could ask archangel Michael for protection.
You could chant "God" or "Jesus" or "God loves you and God loves me" with every breath you take.
You could imagine white light enclosing you.
You could burn sage or artemisia.
You could use EFT tapping and chant.
You could sing praise.

You could choose one method or more as you feel drawn to. There are other methods as well. Here in LL many have answered more thoroughly on similar questions.

One experience I would like to share with you:
When I was younger I often had bad dreams. One night in my dream I was attacked by dark cloud. Previously I would have woken up crying or frightened. But this time, instead, I told the being "God loves you". Suddenly it disappeared and I saw white light. I woke up feeling peaceful and safe.
