I have Mars opposite Neptune. Like Mars square Neptune it can indicate a very active imagination that requires creative outlet. I used to be involved in music, writing songs, singing. Now I write just poetry. Having a focus for imaginative activities daily is important. That way you don't leave too much room for self-created anxiety or a troublesome fantasy life that has no outlet and creates nothing to be enjoyed materially. As to the other hard aspects with Mars, the square with Uranus can increase restlessness as part of your active imagination (with Neptune) and at times drive you with impulses that may not be entirely productive. Neptune there helps keep that in check. That is why this is a configuration of a more creative nature. It needs an outlet of some kind for the imagination to materialize something into form. Mars opposite Saturn indicates that to some degree other persons will at times act as barriers or limiters to impulsive actions or to self-determined courses. You'll have to determine for yourself if they there is something positive to learn from their resistance, or if the conflict is one of mutually activated egos and you should go your own way and drop dealing with them. The aspect does describe an off/on dynamic of external delays, but not necessarily denial. It is a process for turning impulsive action into a decision making process in which you can be confident within yourself of your own intentions and of how to deal with external conflict. ------------------ The Declinations Guy > Expert birth chart rectification > Rising Sign Descriptions ♈ ♉ ♊ ♋ ♌ ♍ ♎ ♏ ♐ ♑ ♒ ♓ IP: Logged |

More than stressed aspects to Asc, Sun, or Moon? I don't think so. It needs a creative outlet so that doing (Mars) and imagining (Neptune) get together in a constructive way. There's also some potential for skill at understanding the motives of others if you don't slide into suspicion. The figure of Mars square Uranus and Neptune (if they're really within orb: about 6°) may seem to be a stimulus that craves drama and a wild and free imagination. But that is why I emphasized the need for creative outlets. ------------------ The Declinations Guy > Expert birth chart rectification > Rising Sign Descriptions ♈ ♉ ♊ ♋ ♌ ♍ ♎ ♏ ♐ ♑ ♒ ♓ IP: Logged |

Actress Emma stone has Mars square Uranus-Saturn, a bit too wide for Neptune: http://www.astrotheme.com/astrology/Emma_Stone French Singer Ilona has Mars square Uranus-Neptune: http://www.astrotheme.com/astrology/Ilona_Mitrecey Mars with Uranus alone tends to create restless, more kinesthetic energies if the person allows it. With Neptune added, there tends to be more imaginative/mental emphasis. In either case, the square creates ongoing pressure between the two ends and this is why integrating a regular outlet into your life of a creative sort can be very helpful.
