I think that reason is because when J left or went about his life he thought his ships had came in what was meant to be, who and path of life had been determined. Everyhting J was looking for finally arrived. Things did not move forward in Js life he was stuck in suspense nothing moving forward it is like his ships came in to an extent only to never come closer or anything more came to fruiation. J is in phase of starting over new beginnings in life. As what he thought had planned for his life before did not work out
