Person A - Knight of wands
Intelligent, straightforward, but at the same time calculating. A combination that requires the other party to go fast and light. But not everyone can follow. As a brain user, comparatively, the other party will, to him, even though dumb is not a word to him, the word slow *is*.

Person B - Adjustment
The negative aspect of "balanced judgement" is something that puzzles her most. All along the way to her is about adjusting to a mid point that satisfies both party. As a result, the unwilling to absorb new understanding but only obsessively adjust, balance, adjust, balance.

Overall:
What really is a good discussion determines what a relationship should be look like. There is no shortcut to mutual understanding and both party need to put their time and effort in order to not only satisfy each other temporary but it is that the long run is neccessary.

Person A will be bold but still open to discuss mattters head on. You will need a lot of energy and time but the way I look at it, that she will worth your effort if you are willing to take the hit.

Which one - up to you, depending on what life you want to pass. Though you might have peace with Person B, a relationship change of status will cost alot. But for person A her adaption will be way better.
