So, yes for D i get that he does enjoy when you are assertive. He enjoying the "i know what i want" attitude that you can give off, so I don't think there is any need to restrain that. I see him making an accepting smile with slight amusement when you are assertive.

1. He will be up and down, I feel like at one point he will feel like he did his part in the duties, like he gave his effort and then he will feel like ok I gave this and now I can turn it down and not give so much. So even though he will want to see his daughter I feel like the amount he gives, as in effort it will go down and it wont be as much as it has been so far.
I am not getting court time again with him.

I am getting some resolution to be made with a family member this month. When I look into it, I initially feel that there is this sort of heavy "ughhh" feeling that you have around someone (feels like a woman to me). It feels to me that some of this energy will be able to be worked through that will lighten the energetic relations between the two of you. I also see you being able to attend events where you are enjoying yourself and laughing and having a good time.

2 So I can suck with timings, but I am leaning more towards late evening night time. And if it is days you are asking, I would say within the next 3/4 days, leaning towards Sunday

Feels like he had the same thought about you, if you have been thinking about him. He does at times wonder if you will move on since he is with other women. So he has had thoughts about you, they feel short and not in depth but here and there you did come up into his mind.
I do get 1 email, a check up email which feels similar in energy as recent thoughts although I dont feel him express this but that he might find an excuse to email you. I dont get any strong indication on timing, possibly a few days before he comes.

Well, I already talked about this, him being with someone does not mean that he is happy and he is searching for happiness in the wrong places. While he is not happy he thinks of others, you are not the only one he thinks about ( not trying to be mean its how it feels to me ) but he thinks about who makes him happy, he thinks of the people and thinks about the impact he made on them. He wonders if he still has some pull with those people. So this is why he thinks about others while with someone, mostly because he is never completely happy.
