Please, ask away. I would prefer to keep all the readings here so that I don't have to go fishing for them when I comeback. But if it starts to get too big we'll start another one.

My reading was very promising. I do hope that the knight of cups is worth my while. I've been having pretty lackluster luck with men lately. The reading was awesome and I too hope you are right.

Your reading was very positive, so hopefully you'll move forward in this situation sooner than you expect. However, your intuition could be very right here, since the bear represents a motherly figure.

There aren't any delay cards showing up, except the mountain. and it is in the past. So, I'm inclined to think things will get better faster than you think. That, however, I a whole separate question.

I did a seven-card spread for you:
bouquet + mountain + key + bear + moon + ship + child

I think this is talking about some difficulties between the woman (bouquet) and J (bear). However, the bear may harbor some long-term feelings about the relationship with bouquet that may carry through the year (ship).

I think the possibility of a hug for holidays is big since you have
key + bear + moon in the center of the reading (I used the bear as the significator for the hug).

Will it continue throughout the year? The ship usually represents "a long time" when it shows up on readings. Some the answer points to yes according to this spread.
The ship and the child could also be representing the new year, so that's a pretty positive way to start 2018.

Uh, this relieves me a lot I don't have any clue why she would do that..but you saying that she will eat her own luck makes me feel better. It's hard whe you know or suspect that someone is trying to compromise you but you can't prove it or do nothing.

Maybe my workplace is not so good environment for gossiping as people don't see each other so often but then on the other hand it's also harder to clear miss understandings.

Can I ask you one more question as I think we click and my cards seems to really talking abut the issue that is in my mind. I just published a book about the work that I have done several years. There is one member in our research team that we haven't been working within years. Ten to be precise. She has suddenly shown signs that she wants to have her piece of publicity, benefits etc. things you can expect after publishing..without grounds as we other think.
