He is conflicted about if too get things off his chest and speak to you or just let things be. He does feel like things between you two were unbalanced. I think if someone asked me him about you he would lie say there nothing going on, or he does not have feelings anymore. He is loosing his motivation and get resteless with things but, I think he eventually will make some things known to you speak about things. He will decide he wants to open up.

Yes he will. There was a time in his life where hope was gone and he felt giving up everything. Now he is still undecided but soon he will gonna reach you out because he loves you and he knows you love him back.

Yes, he does he feel the connection is like a destined thing. He is suffering though and I think that he feels there is so much difficulty pain with this connection though even though he has feelings for you. He will suppress those feelings and feels anyhope is gone between you two. So, I think he is wondering or trying to heal from it.
