He thinks you are an okay woman, I get a sense of him being lukewarm, as in he does not have too deep thoughts about employees but I do feel he notices details other may not, but he find the details to be important in work as in who goes beyond the line and who gives in the effort when it is not asked of you and he sees this in you. So I do sense that he may not always show his true thoughts but that he has a good opinion of you/work ethic. I also get that he notices in a positive way your attitude towards the other workers.

So he definitely thought about the conversation but not in too large scale. He felt like you and him were somehow left in the cold. Right now he feels lonely and although it is more about his perception because he is a fairly stable man otherwise but cant figure out what to think about him and you. All in all, he is going through a rough emotional disposition and would like to get out of it, so he is putting his efforts there. To make him feel better and do what's favorable for him.

Feedback about Deb - So yes, she didn't react a lot to the presentation but just suggested a few minor changes. Because she works from another country, we communicate through mails. So, I cant say if she liked it, but she definitely gave a warm reception to it. And as you said, I couldn't finish the presentation in one go and had to break down the process. So yeah, that is about it.

Mine is, how come he does let there be the gap in communication?

I know you said he prefers I initiate, but there must be some reason to it, more than being busy.

I guess he does, he can be insecure, but I thought he would just get over it since I do let it be known I like him and stuff.

I just do know how much, thats what gets to me, we talk like 1 time a week or so.. But I dont wanna seem all needy.. so I dont know how much to initiate.

No he is not too formal, in person or over text. We talk about a lot of things, about our days about looking forward to seeing each other, about what we have been up to... Idk.. we laugh and send funny things to each other.
He always seems happy to talk to me, replies more and more as in, it starts off slow but it continues.

So to me this card shows some celebrations coming up in your life, shows that you are yet to even meet some very important people in your life but I feel the card is telling you, some things in your life are still unknown but know that they are positive and that you will want to sing about them to everyone when the time comes.

Like yesterday it started off Eh.. but we talked more and more and it was nice.
So never was it dull, bad or negative we always end up joking about something.

It is like in person, he is more open, he shows me what he was up to even with some pics, he talks about things...
so he is unlike most people, more open in person than over text. He is sweet, funny and we have great chemistry and laughs together

But I do need the over text part too since there are these gaps.
