For your first question,
I pulled the Star twice, wheel of fortune, hierophant, and king of swords.
So yes, I think he does miss you, but not as much as you may want or like him too, he's more rational, logical and objective about you with that king of swords, it's not very romantic or emotional, he's definitely not a wreck over you kinda thing. Is he an air sign too?
But, he is willing to forgive you and heal your relationship tho, the star twice is very reassuring if you're hoping for some sort of reconciliation. There is definitely still hope.

Looks like they will want you to wait, hold off (hanged man) and they will worry and be anxious about it with that 9 of swords, they have their fears, but with the star they will eventually be more optimistic and hope for the best. I don't know if he is a water sign, but my clique, w/c I last talked to since 2006 lied to him when he asked about me to them in FB, they told him I would just supposedly contact him when he messaged them to ask about me, and they tell everyone that I supposedly like them. Thank you so much, Luna. I'm earth sign. I feel there's special connection between us too. Although we've been separated for about two years, but I still think about him. Normally it only takes me about a few months to move on.
