He is thinks he wants now to see your effort and how you would react if he did pull back. I feel like he now wants to see how good are your strengths and how you will cope with some pressure around you. He kind of feels like you may need to be tested a little in not best work energy to see how much you will be able to do and if you can be flexible at work. So he is now kind of being stubborn to try and push you to get you show your best effort.

He is feeling more in control and sane. It gave him energy and now he can focus better and act accordingly. It did not touch his cords in a romantic manner though, but was more of rational and energetic way. He was also happy that you guys had a smooth talk and will approach you again

He wont quite. He is still okay with the job and is aware the job will have ups but I see him sticking it out and not yet looking for something new for now. He is not super super happy but things for him now are in terms of staying at this position and not making new changes.

It doesn't seem he will realize it anytime sooner. He has a lot on his plate right now. He is hurt that he had to walk away from you. But it seems he is on his path to healing. He is in excruciating pain right now but the best thing is it will be over soon and he will have successful closure. So even if he contacts you again it wont be out of desperation.

You will get more people to work at ADB but I just dont feel it to be on intern level, they do feel like equal employees but it feels like there would be kind of teams maybe, like 2 or 3 people working on 1 thing or someone helping around like an assistant. But it feels more than intern status. So yeah it is possible new people would come in to work there, there could be some form of "help" with the work load.

Yes it will. Seems like if you go and apologize to her it will turn out that your acquaintance will become normal. Seems like KO also feels similar, like she wants to be on easy terms with you. It will make both of you free from any kind of chains and you may turn out you be great work colleagues.

Thanks but wont email or text, no way, I do not take work home with me and I find such communication less personal so thats a no there.

Sorry I do not see people "flooding" in. I see people being featured yes but not in such big heaps. When I see this is around June/July.
So I do see people coming to be featured just not really heaps of them.
