Totally understand you, got pressure myself.

So, you will eventually cope with it but I feel like you may have some smaller moments where you will feel like you are not coping and like it is all too much for you but I do feel like you will also find peace and balance through talking it through and having a system
Having things more in order in your mind or even on paper will be what will help you most. Good short term goals.
You will come out of the non balance and will have things done. It will also be important to have the time to rest also which will be helpful to coping.

Yes, he has missed talking to you. He is kind of bored in life right now, and is in dilemma whether to reach out to you or not. He is fighting with his own self it seems. With the 3 of wands though, it seems his mind is on something else as well at the same time. There is too much energy in his thought process and he is confused where to direct it.

So yes, he has missed talking to you but doesn't know how to act on it. And one more thing - he is not content with whatever is offered to him right now so he would like to organize and weigh what he truly wants and is focusing his energy there.

Deb thinks you are doing ok, she sees that you try to make changes even if small so I feel like Deb does see that you can make progress.
I still do not feel like she is totally happy, she still sees room for improvement but like I said I do see that she notices that you are capable of progress which is quite important to her to know she has a good employee

So it seems he might think of reinstating contact with you but somehow wont act on it. It has become an issue that who contacts first. So this time, he will just think it out and wont act much on it. As you are the high priestess, he somehow thinks that you are out of his league and may chose to give up on you, but this is not easy for him. You are like that energy source in his life, one person whom he can count on. He is thinking of contacting you but as in last reading he is not in the best of spirits to make a move. There is bleak chance of him contacting you but as said before, you might need to stop pulling back and open up to him.

He is genuine.

This reading makes absolute sense because I too get this feeling that she thinks that there is scope for growth. In fact, I too feel it but I am doing what is in my hands to make it work.

Some nervous energy, you may make small mistake, as in saying something wrong or just being nervous with the way you say things.
However you will pull through and you will give the impression that you are well prepared just a little nervous. So they will see you have prepared yourself which I feel will be stronger impression than wheat you may fear they will think of you.
All in all in the end you will see it wont go as bad as you may think but that your skills will come out and pull you through.

hi IF. I am in office but have an urgent question if you could please answer it. It would be, I have told my senior that I will be leaving the office April end and will work from home then on. He said he will discuss this with Deb and tell me, what do you think the response will be?
