My q is how M. Is doing in his life right now in general, is he thriving, working, chasing other girls now that we are off after that last conversation, etc..

His big head lol,
he is feeling hurt, well his ego is, he has hopes you would reach out and show to him that things can be fixed. He does want to fix things, so he does not wish to leave things this way, he would rather find a way to show to you that he is not the bad guy he ended up being.
There is still a lot of emotions here for you and I feel like his emotions and thoughts are now more calm and clearer, so not looking through things as being bad but now his mind is more focused on what he hopes as in having his goals in mind rather than being mad or holding any grudge. What he is up to..
Not chasing girls, dont feel like he is wanting to chase girls now, that this situation with you has filled his mind too much to chase any girls, such things would not fill him up these days and he took a little pause from that.
He rather stuck his nose into his work and is trying to be very busy not to let thoughts get the best of him and to try and keep a focus which does not emotionally exhaust him.

Not feeling optimistic on this today but hope it changes. For now it seems like silence will stay for a little more until he decides he is ready for a risk and is ready to step up his game with no more playing games but being mature and honest.
For a few more weeks/month there will be no action but I do see that things will later change. He will also feel like he might really lose you and will not want this, so all this will push him to eventually swallow his pride and do something. Can I please ask another. I see House+ Bouquet , my first thought was that he wants to invite you to see his new house. He wants to but I'm not sure he will proceed as the cards are shadowed by the Mountain. In the middle of the spread is Child so I have to say that his feelings and thoughts are like that of a child - sporadic, come and go, not very deep but curious. I do remember the last spread had 3 of Swords in the middle. So there will be some ache maybe what you feel now with that full moon and all of that un communication. But the other spread with the 3 of Swords ended on a good card so you be looking towards better days. I just pulled Clover on the Coffin. Clover lessens the meaning of the coffin . I can suck with timing honestly so I may not be the best to reply to this, will give it a try though. I get a 6, so it could be up to 6 months or in 6 weeks! I would say it could be June though since to me it feels like hot weather when the house sells. I know I am not help but 6 months might be the most how much it would take
