Please don't apologize. Thank you so much for remembering me! I know you must have been busy...all happens in the perfect time!

This reading rings true of us, Mister and me, as a team. Cooking is Mister's passion. Culinary is the toughest business ever. But what scared me more are the other aspects. Like you said, I tried to hold back.

But I am ready now. I have learned to accept the new adventure and experience presented for us. Waiting for his shop re-lease. Some other arrangement and I would say July to September we would say goodbye to China.
