It looks like you'll get a big raise in pay towards the end of September as Pluto rules your 2nd house of earned finances on the 27th. What's causing you to worry about working near your home is the transit of Saturn in Cap to your natal Uranus and Neptune and that won't pass them by until next year. You also have some other good aspects then, so it's possible that maybe the company you start working for ends up opening something closer to where you would like to live or you find something else.

With your natal moon in your 4th house of home I can see how attached you are to your hometown.

I can also feel the effects of Saturn, especially being restricted regarding my opportunities in my hometown. It has the most international companies after Budapest, but at the same time there are only procurement/accounts payable/financial positions in the ssc area, and I don't have any certificate in the financial field. I'm open to learn new things, but they wouldn't give me the job position, because there's always someone better and more experienced. This is why I am also looking for a job in our capital, there are way more opportunities there. c:
