I pulled a lot of cards but none of them suggested that you might start working there this year. You may receive a letter form them but it will be a formal response, nothing concrete. Child and Clouds at the end suggest that the initial steps that were taken will die out in the process

the cards suggest this will be a new place for you. The firm or the company will be a big one , I see Bear + Book. Bear is huge and intimidating and Book is a lot of knowledge and experience, so the company might be an established one and known to be a forceful one.
The money you get there in the beginning will not be satisfying to you but you'll undertake the challenge because you want to put your foot in the door of this company, so to speak. Thanks Jezabel. I already promised myself that I will not go if the money is not market.. that's a non-negotiable for me unfortunately. I'm not in medical, but I do dabble in a little finance- just not enough to make a career out of it.
