Hello T,
I think that TW is going be slow act in regards to hiring. I think that they will be considering if they want bring someone new in or hire internally someone been there already. I think they will end up hiring internally

Hmmmm interesting spread here.Also to note the first spread did indicate outside yeah? Lol Anyway, again spread interesting. I thought mk in upon hiring this is also way declutter clean up streamline things regain control for the chaos sort of speak. 2 of cups I see this as him trying to run away from some VERY hurtful event .....Suddenly (tower) you take his stress and make him dream about other things.... seeing the world, traveling.... anything but that traumatic event.

HV,I looked at both charts, etc but when I saw that you have a Pluto conj Venus IN SCORPIO in your natal its in the 9th and in your sun on the first its in the 12th. You could certainly be a reader (paid) if you wanted. Anyway, the point of the Pluto-Venus is that every single intense contact you have is karmic,. This one no different. You just need to find a way to end your mind wondering about it and wait until the good one shows up. You should read Pluto by Jeff Green vol 1 & 2. I think you might really enjoy them, Going to visit friends,. I hope you learned something,. Night!

You have Venus conjunct Pluto @ less than 3 degrees. He has them at a separation of 10 degrees which is considered (by almost all astrologers) as OUT OF BOUNDS. Which is why I did not mention his.
