Hi Harmonic,
If I may try, although I should warn you that I am still practicing with my new egyptian tarot deck.
First q
I pulled 6 of pentacles 9 of swords and 8 of wands.
So it seems that you will be satisfied money-wise, cause either your job there will be profitable and you ll earn a lot or it will help you get on your feet and repay some possible debts. Either way balance will come regarding money. It could also be that you ll like the "giving" aspect in your job.
Then 9 of swords tells us that something brings (or will bring) you anxiety and restlessness for some reason, but this is mostly in your mind or the card could imply that you re worrying too much about that job.
Lastly 8 of wands in the end shows movement, speed and action, are there any travels involved in that job? You will like staying active and in motion and there is a lot of energy in that card. You ll be able to fulfill some plans and it shows enthusiasm, being energetic and busy in a good sense.

EDIT : I forgot to add the interpretations from the booklet that accompanies the deck.
6 of pentacles : "the bundle of papyrus - help given and received, co-operation, gratification, repayment"
9 of swords : "The blades of Thoth - nightmares, anguish, suspicion, bewilderment"
8 of wands : " the shoot of the papyrus - mobility, ambition, potential".
So overall, apart from money, this shows that there are good opportunities in that job for you, so it seems that there is no need for anxiety.

His feelings/thoughts
Has something drastic or unexpected happened? Or even a break-up? I pulled the Tower as the first card.
Then 6 of swords and lastly King of cups.
It seems he is shocked and disturbed by an unexpected event (maybe someone moving away) and change between you. Perhaps there is a hope for a new beginning after the destruction of the old, since 6 of swords next to the tower is someone traveling/moving away from the problems to a new era, with new hope for the future, (but with the 6 swords along with them on the boat - the experience of the past). 6oS is also about grief and loss over the past that has now ended. Lastly king of chalices shows that he is indeed emotional about you and his feelings are mature and stable.
Now the interpretations of the booklet :
The Tower : Ruin - the decapitated pyramid is the death of hope, the ruin of our constructions. Arrogance, presumption, prison, ruin, desperation, punishment, lack of balance.
6oS : the ship of the dead - departure, adventure, introspection, research, daring.
King of Cups : the lord of goodness - a man of medicine, literate, patron, credibility.
