I've always loved volunteering with people AND animals (ESPECIALLY animals) and in high school did extensive volunteer work through a volunteer club I was in all four years of school. When I graduated high school in 2010 I didn't know where to go to volunteer in my local city so I stopped volunteering for awhile until I serendipitously began following a Facebook page for a cat who happened to live in my city and would regularly post animal shelter volunteer information. Fast forward now to 2018 and I'm seriously considering volunteering at my local shelter; would I be cut out for it though? Sure everyone loves animals but not everyone is meant to properly care for them. IP: Logged |

Yes, I think you would be really good at it, though it may not be as easy for you as you think. Working with animals will help you develop yourself, in terms of being more responsible, grounded and efficient.Working with them may also help you to be more in touch with ur rational side and with your words (moon square mercury), and at the same time you are good at it since it would be something you would identify with plus be really generous toward them IP: Logged |

Thank you for the analysis. I never thought that it could help me be more talkative and sociable (2 things I'm definitely not). But I can def see how my moon in the 6th house of small animals and work square my Mercury in the 10th house of life focus and also work can benefit from working with cats and dogs !

Hi Sun!You will also be successful at it as your natal Sun in the 11th house of groups and organizations trines your natal Moon (chart ruler) in Cap. You'll have patience with that Taurus Sun. Best wishes,

Very true. My Sun conjunct the 11th house cusp has been a super prominent fixture in my life. I've always been involved in clubs and have often been the leader/president. Just this weekend I organized an event for a club I'm in. In the oast 4 years the only person who has ever organized and taken initiative to organize events is me! Strong 11th house sun for sure! Also, I think in a few months when Jupiter begins transiting my 6th house I will apply for an animal shelter position since the 6th house rules small animals among other things. Jupiter transiting here would be a lucky time for me! IP: Logged |
