On my reading for you: A new rival could pop up--one that you haven't seen yet as everything seems to recycle with him--you helping him, etc. Maybe that's how the transformation works...the new coming in is held up until you work through the old stuff.

I definitely think you're right, I know he is anxious because we always end up fighting and he's always worried about that happening, I get the 7 of swords for him too! I hate that card, I wonder what it could be though... like what he's guilty of!?
and yes he is very attracted to me and does try hide it lol that would make sense. Now you got me wondering what that damn 7 of swords means though.

So, with these, and Devil clarified with Tower in the middle, I think he will tell you that he wants to go on with it, that you two have a special connection, that you two will be able to work it out, things like that. But the Devil there doesn't really give too much of a good vibe; its like he is saying it to make everything nice, but behind that there is this feeling, from his side, of control? like he wants to control or possess you, or maybe there is this co-dependent relationship here that he will keep on nurturing, for some reason or another. I also pulled Strength, and clarified it with 5 of swords, which for me totally confirmed the whole spread. He wants to keep things nice on the surface with you, and this reminds me of that saying "you attract more bees with honey", or something like that. Thats what basically doing, and the reason he wants to control you is his ego; just ego games, power games with you, he wants to prove to you or to himself that he is over you and that he has the control, not you.

I actually remember pulling the 6 of cups and 3 of pents when I asked this morning, so no I do think your spread was right 👍
And 3 of pents is the teamwork card, 6 of cups about reconciliation so idk, so far looks like he will say yes.
And we do have a special connection, we’ve been through a lot together, hell and back 20 times over lol.
I don’t really think of the control or wanting to possess me thing bad either, he is a Scorpio moon so that’s just a comfort thing for him. He likes the security of feeling like he’s in control and has the upper hand in any situation and he has a lot of Leo/5th house stuff too so that’s where the ego comes in haha.
I have a Scorpio DSC with Pluto in my 7th anyways , so all my partners are very intense and difficult and my relationships always have a power struggle/issues of control theme. Lucky me lol.

So he's going to hold back his real feelings - which are warm and deep. You stirred something in him with this message. At first he's going to get hella defensive, like "this is not the conversation I want to have right now" but he'll give himself a breather and not hate what you're saying in the message entirely. A part of him actually wants to be a bit playful and mess around with you if your message was serious, he'll want to take the intensity down a few notches with some jokes or something. Overall he won't disagree with what you're saying and will think it's rather cute that you're being a bit bossy and speaking his mind. He won't really have made a permanent decision either way but he does feel like you genuinely have a point.
