Same as what spring said, I have Aquarius in my 11th and Neptune conjunct the ruler Uranus.
We also have Pluto in the 7th, I feel this is the main culprit lol we attract secretive people who can be very manipulative, jealous or just bring out the dark side in people.
Pluto rules loyalty but also, betrayal.
Betrayal has been a theme in my relationships all my life whether romantic or platonic, family, friendships,relationships etc.

The ruler of the 8th house(Pluto) opposes Venus in Taurus. There are some strong feelings towards associations(7th)

Sun in the 12th.

You may likely be a private/withdrawn individual which makes getting to know you more challenging. You may keep to yourself

The added Neptune/Uranus square to Sun/Asc certainly suggests that.

Even when you think you are being "open" with friends and are easy to read. You are NOT. Certainly not with Scorpio Moon also in the mix.

Interestingly Mars is in Cancer in 3rd and sextiles Merc/Sat. And I often see these three acting with each other as dry humour and biting sarcasm.

Saturn sits on Mars in 3rd and Mercury in 1st from the 10th. This could suggest you are studious and may take academics or intellectual prowess seriously (the 10ty is reputation).

Oddly however, Saturn doesn't make you confident to start small talk or mingle well with your relative age group. Older people are likely more your style.

Uranus on the midheaven may suggest that you will continue to stick out like a sore thumb because your interests may be more eclectic or "unusual" for most people to understand.

Scorpio Moon is searching for intense and personal bonds. When these are not in sight, Scorpio can feel very lonesome indeed.

This is further reiterated by the ruler of the 7th(Venus) opposing intense Pluto i.e. "I really want to form deep meaningful friendships(Pluto). But everyone around me seems so impassive (Venus)".
