Venus-Rx is not a 'bad' time for relationships to begin. I started a relationship with my now wife during Venus-Rx March 2009. The key is being prepared.

Venus-Rx relates to going back, which can mean re-examining your relational patterns to tidy things up. Is there someone in your life you resent? This is a good time to end grudges and forgive.

If you are not ready, there is nothing Venus-Rx can do to make things happen for you.

However, looking at your chart I see Jupiter is in early Scorpio. So later this month, when Venus is conjunct it, you can expect a window of opportunity (into December). Consider it a window of opportunity for bringing out the better qualities you have normally hidden within you, inner generosity, extra kindness not normally expressed. Use this window of opportunity by starting now: imagining yourself at peace with and enriching the lives of those around you and including one (faceless, nameless) person who loves and accepts you as you are inside. Say it out loud to the universe.
