Hi Tgem! I haven't pulled in a little while, so I apologize is this doesn't resonate. For y/n questions, I like to use Lenormand, and I read this spread in two ways: past/present/future and what you see/what you are missing/core issue

Tree + Whip + Rider + House + Scythe (clarifier Fish)

I get the impression that, whoever J is, you've known them for awhile (Tree). J either showed up out of the blue recently or an impromptu visit is about to occur. It will be a lucky one bringing you "wealth" and pleasant "gifts" (Fish) in the form of friendship. I think the two of you will have a lot of fun, but as far as a relationship goes... it's not too clear. The House suggests that there is a sense of family/belonging/familiarity that will occur, but the Scythe as the last card of the spread does suggest that it's temporary and perhaps not quite as deep or impacting as you would like. I do think that J has suddenly come back, and that's why these thoughts are starting to come to you. The long wait of seeing each other is over (or about to be) and there is some real excitement in the air. But what you can't see is is the Whip/House, which is all about disagreements at home, issues with the family. If J is being flirtatious, it might be because their home life is tumultuous and they are looking for a reprieve. Regardless, there is definitely some tension within a family unit as a result of J or concerning J.

The core of the issue is that J's arrival (Rider) is actually lucky for you (Fish) in the sense that it will provide some healing for you and/or a chance to work out things and take charge of your life/emotions. It's what someone very dear to me once called an AFGO: another f'n growth opportunity.

So, to summarize, no... I don't think you'll be in a romantic relationship, or at least not the kind you are thinking of. However, I do think seeing J will be good for you in a transformative way (assuming any of this is right, and I'm not just a big bag of crazy )

I think in the beginning of this situation, you were feeling a bit lost/defeated. I say all this because in the future position, the 7 of Swords shows up: feeling like you're getting away with something that will eventually get you "caught" or someone taking advantage of you. Again, it's a pervasive sense of "this will explode" underneath the happiness. This is added to the impact of the Wheel of Fortune, which tells us the world is, indeed, always changing, just like circumstances, and can strike anytime (not unlike the Tower...)

I think you know all this, though, and regardless, at the core, I feel like you're really happy despite a lot of fear enveloping that joy. What seems to be being overlooked, though... is that this is all designed to grow you karmically and emotionally. It's designed to teach you to trust not only that good things can and DO happen to you, but that the Universe also has your best interests at its heart, no matter what happens. That's something that needs to be considered when you start to analyze that situation.

So, to answer your question, things look good for the next 1-2 months. That 10 is amazing, and I think the only rocky parts will come from your own self-doubt. Again, though, that's what this situation with MH is designed to try and heal. To that end, lean into it, have a nice time, feel like you've won the lottery, and just try to focus on how this experience can heal/help you.

I just asked how the job search will turn out for you, and I see that right now, and in the nearest future, you will definitely experience a set back, being stuck in one place unable to make a progress, judging by the first card openening the spread - the Tower, showing isolation and lack of prosperity. But then the Clover pops up right after this period of stagnation bringing the Sun with it, and all will turn out for the best - You will receive a job offer out of the blue and it will make you happy. There will be a positive development on the job front soon and it will arrive when you least expected it.

Hi Becca, wow thank you for the reading. Yes some of this definitely resonates. He is someone who I have found attractive and has also attended a place I frequent for a few years. Although we have seen eachother many times (there has been no interaction or contact.) Only the last several months, I have noticed he has taken an interest in me. The feelings/interest I have in him have suddenly grown intensely, but unfortunately he has observed my interest and taken a step back. What I thought was there seems to have stalled on his end or changed and although I felt strongly soulfully pulled to this man, it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere, which has caused me anxiety as he is the first man I’ve felt pulled to in a very long time. He’s not connected to anyone me I know. I was just hoping this dynamic would change and there is still some hope for us. Thank you for this reading.

There is a lot of sadness in this spread. Not like a mournful/screaming/throw-yourself-into-the-casket sadness, but the kind where you sit out the window and watch the trees, thinking, "Wow, this is really happening."

In the beginning, the 10 of Pentacles with the Fool suggests a new journey that felt fantastic. A little scary and wild, but the whole world was laid out in front of you. There was a strong sense of belonging, but still room to grow into the person you wanted to become. I don't think it was a "legal" marriage (i.e., certificates and law), but it had that sort of intensity/commitment. However, in the present, things have changed. There is a woman (QoP) who still feels in charge and in control of her life... but it's just her now. In my Rider-Waiter deck, she is staring down at a pentacle that's pointed towards the past 10oP. There is a feeling of "growth" and of accepting change, but the corresponding Page of Swords definitely brings an edge to the issue. He is looking back at the 10 and Fool with a scowl, which reads to me as an analytical need to understand what happened, what went wrong, and more importantly, when will justice be served, to an extent. The Queen doesn't necessarily want to feel this way, but is happening nonetheless, and I think it's important, because that Page helps bring in the future, which is Death and the Queen of Swords.

The Death/Queen pairing to me suggests a soul-level reinvention of the self. Becoming more focused on the future and your own life, rather than the life shown in the 10 of Pentacles. Both cards are pointed in the opposite direction of all the others, and both depict their characters in seats of power (a white steed and a throne). There is a sense of "growing up" here, maturation. Endings bringing new understanding of the world and a new power that is much more grounded in the self and the Universe. It's a little solemn, because this new self is built on the remnants of something that was really important and profound in your life... but it's really going to be a phenomenal change that helps you do things you really never thought you could.

All this to say: what was the reason you met PR? I think it was because we are put on this earth to grow our souls, and sometimes, the Universe has to put people in our path to help us do that... and then take them away for the same reason. The subconscious journey from Fool to PoS to the Queen really drives home the fact that, as sad as this situation may be, it is making you into the person you need to be, to ultimately find your partner in life who will bring you the 10 of Cups, rather than the 10 of Pentacles (which is still a good card, but it lacks that transcendent joy of the 10oC, in my opinion). PR was there to show you how good things can be, how much you can stand on your own, and how strong you will become in the future once this is all behind you.

I hope any of this resonates, and I'm sorry if not. I'd be happy to try again with Lenormand, if it's an issue.

You will communicate a lot and will find yourself getting out of your comfort zone and building a castle for you. Maybe it is about a job offer or financial deal that turns into your favour.

I think that being friends could be an option, if you wanted, but it would be something that would keep you anchored in the past a bit. However, you will know what’s best for you and your growth/healing.
