I think it is because of the social setting and other obligations. To be both of you together there needs to be some sort of extra effort required so he decides to just let it go. He is a little draining too, i mean not coming too understandable. Yes it will be functional and succesful. You might time for it to manifest bu it will. You have a lot of energy focussed here and well you have every reason to celebrate. World says things will need a rewinding and analysis before your project becomes a success. So yes, lots of energy but streamlining into the end giving you success but also needing honest hard work.
