I guess Ap is pretty much lost in thoughts of you. He might even be a little stressed out because of it. OK yes, I do see you shedding some pounds off. I just think you should start off by changing your eating habits first and slowly. Don't feel like you have to buy the most expensive or latest things for weight loss or spend money on expensive food for a completely new diet right away especially if you aren't sure you're going to cook those things. Try cutting something out and substituting it out for something else first. Same goes with exercising. If you're not very active try finding a sport or activity that isn't intense and then go from there.

+ I keep thinking you might find a woman to give you advice? Maybe you'll find somebody on youtube, IG, or something like that to give you advice or tips. Or workout buddy??? Overall, I think you'll be successful in losing weird in 2019 you just have to find a comfortable and lasting routine not a quick one. I also see that once you have a routine you should change it after maybe 6 months? Feel like you might try toning after losing weight.

I feel like he may have pioneer spirit so to speak. He likes starting things maybe that can get obsessed about in his head...feels mercurial and earthy at heart, but he gives off something different. Trying to save some money right now. I feel like something came to completion and he confides in an older man. I'm not sure if he was hurt by some close relationship, but he's getting up and over it not sure if that's from a person--could've been a fight w a friend or family member. First off, I don't think he completely knows what he wants from you yet. I think it may be because he's getting over something and he's processing a new outlook on life possibly how he relates to others. Second, he isn't somebody with a huge ego even tho he's experiencing a slight transition he still thinks of others so keep that in mind when interacting with him he might be a little more sensitive than you think. He is attracted to you and the attraction was unexpected. You may not be his type or just different from his dating history. I don't know if he wants a relationship, because he doesn't know. If you do, you have a good chance of having one because the connection is friendly enough. You have to start it though. I can't guarantee he'll put in as much effort as you do or if the relationship will be lasting. His energy is focused inward, but not for long so maybe when you see him acting different in a few weeks you can ask your question again to somebody for a stronger reading.

I feel like he does feel a little guarded about this fact and that they will discuss it to make sure that there is nothing between you and that other friend...like he will want to make sure that everything is ok, but no , I dont think that ultimately, it will factor into his decision to date you.

Wow, that is encouraging heart...I am thinking of joining gym...I have made some alterations in my diet which I have to further enhance. So yes, I do have fitness in my goals.
