I'm initially picking up a fair amount of anxiety from you about your life choices etc. Money appears to be tight, but it's there. I think to make HK happen, you need to be a little tighter with your budget, and that you need to prioritise what is important to you. I think going to HK is going to change you deeply, or at least change the (sad?) situation you're in - It will not happen overnight, but it will happen quickly enough to make you feel like the city has given you a new lease on life. I think the ultimate, and even short term, outcome of moving there is pretty positive.

Seems like you both fight a lot, and that as much as he wants to cut things off to stop hurting, he knows he cannot do it. He's hopelessly in love and will work towards getting you, regardless of what else is going on. He seems to be a little downtrodden and beaten up, but honestly, he's not going to give up on the two of you being together and in a more legally binding form.

it is going to be an interesting year.
First I see that a certain Kinght of Wands will be still lingering in your life or mind in the beginning, could be someone from the past or someone showing up in passing, but the Knight of Wands is shown galloping in the opposite direction while you are moving forward. I see two Aces in the spread - Ace of Swords and Ace of Pentacles. None shows love or passion, but they show cutting thru the old 2018 garbage and forging ahead with new perspective and new goals. look at those Aces I pulled for your 2019. This is not an accident, these two aces are layering the road for a new beginning which first will involve better financial ground, solid foundation, you being feeling secure and confident, and on that healthy basis- a new love will enter your life to stay. look at the wands- so that's some mental acrobatics going on in MR's mind, and some very confusing thoughts. So he blocked, and then unblocked you, and then blocked and then unblocked you. Part of him didn't want to hurt your feelings, so he unblocked you before you found out. That sort of thing. I still feel he's hopelessly in love with you, regardless of anything which has happened in the past.

for your boss question - it seems your current boss does not know you well enough to cast a judgment just yet. He is still evaluating you but he still feels like he cant grasp your ways. So far, there are no bad thoughts crossing his mind in regard to you, its all leveled and even.
If your question involves a choice , then I see him trying to decide between your product and someone else's.

thinking he'll be trying to text you or call you at some point. He's going to find reasons to communicate with you, and will try his darnedest to get in touch, and to get a response from you. I think it works. I just see a lot of communication in January, but not much of anything else. It's like he knows he needs to thaw the ice first before anything else.

February I pulled the Tower as the first card, wooosh. Looks like something old dies and something new begins. Or an old cycle closes and a new cycle begins. Something is ending and starting in February.
I see the Hanged Man in the spread. You will be waiting on someone to come forward, but that someone is a Sword King who may talk but who does not feel too much. Hierophant is in reverse, so this cold King might be someone who you thought once that he was your partner in crime but he turned out to be just an azzhole, so to speak. It looks like a disappointing month, to a degree.
