The seven of swords speaks strongly of competition which Dis will be able to meet. I am picking up that Dis is a female? She would benefit greatly from having friends in her line of work to help her to make sure that she succeeds.
The queen of swords, if not her card, shows a woman who likes to be in charge. She will be attracted to a position which would be managerial.
Justice is another card showing careful planning, strategizing before accepting a new position. The other was the seven of wands.

Seems like a no...he is kind of repelling any such energy. So yes, deep down he does. Although he thinks about it a lot and wonders what he can do but chooses to stay silent. He has a good connection with SS but that doesn't transform into a relationship or dating perspective for that matter. But there is definitely a romantic inclination..

hmm...that is a tough one. I think because the connection was there. Not in a weird way, but like in a way where he felt your motherly instinct and felt safe being around you with you. His own mother may not have that same exact feeling like; he can pick up knows she going through a crisis. You are more stable mature energy to him. If that makes sense. I mean they say children pick up on things babies atleast. Feelings. He may pick up sadness from his mother? From you, he does not. Yes he will, but guess he is unsure of how how dynamics will pan out like. This may not be a very lasting interaction or it might be but there is a lot of retaliation energy.
