There is a very strong attraction from him to you, there are feelings there too, not marriage level feelings but they are more than a friendship level. Despite their feelings they are choosing for now to ignore them. The tower is an ending card but also a cutting to the core card so i feel your relationship has gotten under their skin. I think that MM definitely attracted and I think this will evolve into something like not a relationship; but, I think there will be some hooking up occurring, hanging out, there is a lot of attraction. I think you have the upper hand here because he finds you attractive, mature and passionate. I think with time; the interest connection will dwindle. So, some connecting, hooking up but doesn't go far as a relationship

There is a strong physical attraction there, but i am not seeing romantic feelings here. There seems to be another person(Queen of Swords) interferring in some way as the 8 of pentacles shows there is some focus on that person. So I believe there are thoughts of another person here too. I'm not seeing anything that deep or long lasting here.

How is my working life going to be this coming week?

You’re going to get a lot done this week like cut to the chase take care projects,tasks task get things done accordinglyquicker than usual. For some reason so maybe with the holidays the New Year’s Eve youre have a short work week I think maybe I don’t know but you’re going to getting things done. Like I said you’re not going be too happy and feeling a little oppressed so I don’t know if you have a particular coworker who makes you feel tied up or stressed out or physical work is kind of problematic like a bully. At end of week ,you’re just gonna relax unwind retreats self care like take care of yourself so are we short week busy but feel like there’s someone in in place who’s problematic
