It’s not a matter of timing but rather it’s about opportunities. I want to know if I’ll be approved through the appeal I started last Wednesday, or if my mother will be approved for the loan to help me pay for school.

I asked your last question. It looks like your mother would be approved.

One of the runes is the eye. I would think that the eye is saying that either you or you and her have been searching for a loan or looking at a loan that she can be approved for. I got the rune called Rings. I see this as some type of partnership or in other words, working together for her to help you pay for your school. I got the rune called Harvest, this means abundance but in your situation, it can mean money. Another rune I got is The sun. In this case it means success and happiness. That's why I thought that she would be approved to help. The only rune that was confusing to me was the moon because it can mean confusion but it can also mean someone going with their gut instinct in a situation.

Edit: I forgot to say that the rings can also mean contract or agreement.

The Man rune and The Rings are next to each other. That means either that you and him have a relationship or some type of relationship that could be friendship as well. It can also mean that he feels that you and him get a long together and have things in common with each other. But since you explained that you two have a relationship then it can mean mostly that.

I got the Romance Rune which means that he is attracted to you and that you are in his love life. I would say that this is the love rune and that he does love and care about you.

Now I got Moon.. and when I seen that I instantly thought it meant that he is confused on how he truly feels about you. I'm not sure if that make sense to you. There could be some confusion on his end. I also seen that Crossroads was next to moon. Crossroads means making a decision that can be difficult or just needing to choose a path. I was also thinking that Crossroads to him may mean that he doesn't know where the relationship would be going, he could feel stuck and not knowing what to do next.

Waves means in your situation most likely means distance. It can be physical distance or being emotionally distant. Maybe you may know what this could mean in your situation, unless you two are just physically distant instead of him just acting distant in general. In other cases, this rune can mean travel as well. So it could mean both then.

Harvest can mean growth. So in a love situation, I would assume that he did wanted the relationship between you and him to grow. He could see you as someone that he could grow with.

Scythe tells me that something has ended between you and him. Maybe in the past it has happened. Someone either cut something off between you and him or something surprisingly happened that shocked one of you. But whatever it may be, it seems that he knows about it.

Star tells me that there could be healing involved. I was thinking that star could be connected to healing. But I'm just going to say that it may indicate having hope for things between you and him.

The last rune I want to speak about is The Eye. The Eye can mean watching, searching, looking. I was wondering does he try to search for something about you or does he see you often. Maybe he is trying to see something. I don't know if that would make sense to you or anything.
