Look up Natal Mercury square Saturn online and see what it tells you. With Saturn and Pluto transiting your 10th house and also squaring that natal aspect and essentially reinforcing it, you will transform the way you communicate to others. It's easy to speak (unfiltered) with Mercury square Saturn and it can come across as harsh and not very positive. Look at how you are communicating and those planets are affecting both your 6th house of work and 10th house of career. The Mercury square Saturn natal aspect in itself gets very little sympathy from others, but once you get through all this, the goals you are thinking about now should be more realistic once it passes. Your Aries and Mercury in Aries can be less than patient, but your Cap placements in the 10th will help you learn just that.
