No I don’t think they do but they have their suspicions. They might be thinking they know who you are like when you meet a random person from somewhere and swear they’re familiar. I think it’s something like that.

Yeah I think you should focus on holistic medicine. You have Venus in Taurus in the 6th house of health which means you are very comfortable with health and also really enjoy it. You can contribute a lot with your knowledge. You also have Sun conjunct Mars in Gemini which is good for a doctor because it means you are very smart and focused. You don't let yourself become bothered with unrealistic prospects. You definitely have the mental power to accomplish this and have a closeness to nature that will help you to thrive.

If you don't go back to your job you will run into a bit of difficulty because they will be shocked. That's mostly what I'm seeing surprise and shock on their part. You want to do more advanced things in your work and that's why you feel you don't want to return.
