Did you guys have a fight/break up? Seems like M is trying to keep his mind off being torn between contacting you again, and keeping his distance from you. He is focusing on other things going on in his life such as work. He doesn't want to feel pain at this point and has not truly digested all his feelings.

He thinks you are reserved , don't express much, just a little actually but you are friendly, extremely orderly, very dependable, you can fix someone's mistake quickly , wok with little supervision, very methodical, take decisions quickly, you put passion into everything you do.

I think J is very impressed with your work ethics and performance so far!

Don't think he will make the first move here. He will be open to responding to a message, but I don't think he will reach out without being prompted to do so by you.

Right now, he is completely in his own head and is trying to distract himself with other things - this came out in q1 also.
