I'm pooped now and about to go to bed. Hope it's ok that I'll do your questions after 8-10 hours.

I need help with making a decision about my next destination. Could you pull cards for me as to what the outcomes will be for the below options?

OPTION 1 (Go back to home country)
OPTION 2 (Go for a visa run then back to current country)
OPTION 3 (Go to a different country X)

I'm looking at your center card the four of cups which is one of disinterest, apathy. It has an influence on the surrounding cards. I'm going to The seven pentacles and it is showing that it is a time to think about why you left in the first place as financial reasons are probably not the only reasons. If you should go back to your home country you will be feeling the same as before you left for whatever reasons and you might want to leave again. O.K. the eight of swords as your future card is connected to your own limitations in life. There is also a focus on over analyzing elements and this becomes a cycle of problems for you. With this card in the future, it is telling you to open your eyes to what might be holding you back. Moving back to your home country probably would not give you satisfaction for very long.

I can't say if he will mention it, but he will notice that you've lost weight, you've become smaller (CHILD), and that it suits you.
Woman is mirrored by paths and knighted by stork, so it means he will notice that something good is going for you and you're on the right path towards something solid/stable. I also have a feeling that how he views you is improving, like he knows that you're reliable and he can count on you to be always be there. If you're feeling better about yourself and more comfortable about who you are, he is going to energetically pick up on it and reflect it to you.

There's some blockage in their connection at the moment, and I think one of them is being emotionally distant or hiding something from the other. Things are on shaky ground, like their foundation is being challenged by a problem that is not easy to resolve. I think they are still together or at least talking about what's going on, wanting to have a quick solution to the problem. But they could also easily decide to go their separate ways because I got the scythe as a clarifying card.

There's a very low chance of that happening in the foreseeable future. I got the snake as clarifier, and I think it means there's a problem on the part of the man. I feel as if the man (rider) will have to pass that problem (snake) first before he can offer intimacy. I also got the Birds as clarifier, which shows that there needs to be a transformation in the relationship before intimacy can happen, or at least there should be a discussion about the past and about the physical intimacy aspect of your connection.
