So never mind this astrology interpretation if it is telling you something that your heart is not aligned for.

According to astrology your chart is telling me that you would feel very for filled when working with other people in a "confined space", either young children that need defined limits or those who are mentally ill.

Your cancer ascendant make you a very emphatic person along with your stellium in 12th house, which make me believe that you would not like to work in a place where you would have to shallowly deal with a lot of interactions with many different persons.

You have very "airy" positions of Sun, Mercury and Venus in Gemini, which might ease the "curbing" (in lack of better words) of the 12th house. And since i don't have the proper experience to interpret this duality that is creates, i am myself far from convinced of this interpretation.

Your place of work is a "tight" (english is not my native language) location, like a little care center were you will use your empathy to take care to those who can not self deal with day to day chores.

It's funny you should mention (potentially) working with the mentally ill, as this is something I had considered doing at one point. I have a mental illness myself so it hits close to home. I wouldn't rule out working with children.

You were spot on about not wanting a bunch of shallow interaction on the job. I'd like to find something that I feel has real meaning and gives me a sense of purpose.

I sometimes question just how empathetic I truly am. It's difficult for me to relate to people, to open up to them and feel what they feel. I'm not heartless, but I've definitely become jaded over the years. I'm not much of a people person and that makes it tough to reach out. I really enjoy my solitude too, which doesn't help.

I think i understand that doubt about empathy. I have my moon and Venus in Gemini and i have truly questioned my own ability of empathy from time to time.

Do you, or have you tried to, practice some endurance sport such as long distance running?

You have a sweet Pisces Mars in your 9th house and from my experience Pisces Mars positioned in a fire house can have the ability to endure plenty of the pain that can be associated with endurance sports.

And frequent running exercising can make wonders to your mental endurance and overall health.
