Just a few things (not solar return) on your chart.

Transiting Saturn in Cap is squaring your natal Neptune in Libra ---until November 27, 2019...this will drive you nuts and can create delays, lack of opportunities in finding the ideal partner. What the transit of Saturn will also do is take away some of the idealism you may have had about partners and let you see what is really going on.

Starting the beginning of next month for a few months and then it goes retrograde, but then on around the second week of Feb 2020, transiting Uranus will go direct, things should start to really move as far as opportunities (relationship wise--friends, partners, etc.) go as Uranus gets closer to your natal Mars, that rules your seventh house. Sudden changes, more excitement, free thinking people, maybe younger people will all be those that you'll meet and can create good friendships with..some will pass through and you'll learn things from them, but others that you find interesting will remain.

Look up transiting square natal Neptune online as well as
transiting Uranus conjunct Mercury
transiting Uranus conjunct Sun
transiting Uranus conjunct Mars

You also have transiting Jupiter squaring your natal Saturn, which makes things go slower and timing of things may not go well--i.e. getting together with others socially.

You have the sun ruling your 11th house and that is conjunct Mars (7th house ruler)...Mars usually rules males and the 11th house friends, so that is most likely why you seem more attracted to having guys as friends.

Let me know tomorrow evening on one of my threads if you want to exchange as I'll be busy the first part of the day. I'm not up to speed on solar returns, but if J is a Scorpio rising, then any changes that he might experience relationship wise will start when Uranus gets within 10 degrees of his descendent and once in his ascendant, any new relationships may be unstable, but exciting. It will also make him feel like he needs more freedom in that department. Uranus is around 2 degrees of Taurus now.

If B is born in October, then Uranus is also opposing her Sun sign and could indicate a change in her social/romantic areas of life or the relationship with J..showing his need for freedom opposing her sun in scorpio need to possess him.
