Topic: Moon-Jupiter in 3 different charts

In my natal chart I have my Capricorn moon (closely conjunct my DC) trine my 3rd house Virgo jupiter (4 degree orb), my current 2019-2020 solar return that began on my April 22nd bday has a Sag moon conjunct Jupiter which also happens to be conjunct the solar return Ascendant (all within VERY close degrees of each other) and finally my progressed moon has progressed back into its natal sign of Capricorn and is trining my progressed Jupiter in Virgo (unlike in my natal where jupiter and moon are in a 4 degree trine, my progressed moon and progressed jupiter are now exactly trine each other with a 0 degree orb). I've heard Moon-Jupiter conjunctions in the solar return could be indicative of a year where you'll gain weight, be extremely happy for whatever reason or get pregnant and subsequently birth a child (or get a female pregnant if you're a guy). Now, since I do have this in my current solar return plus my natal and progressed chart what can I expect? I'm obviously not wanting to gain weight and I'm also NOT trying to have a baby. ****************************************************************
