Mine is: what is going on with this shortness of breath and arm pain??? Like do I have cardiac issues or severe anxiety??

Seems to be a combination of factors causing this issue.

Factors:
- you being exhausted/tired after a long day;
- you're always on your toes mentally/emotionally, so don't really get much of a 'break';
- not being able to sleep deeply;
- being dehydrated.

It does not show any cardiac issues (like the 3 of swords), but it also means that the factors above may end up hurting your overall health in the long run. Please do try to take (better) care of yourself... things should resolve once you do.

Ok, so I think that currently your boss is looking for something new different feels in terms of pieces and just hasn't found that click yet. I think what you found is a collective piece that is different new after some struggles again to find something that just clicks for him/her. It a burst of creation. Your boss will definitely take note of you hardwork exertion towards your work and this particular piece. You are giving gave it your all. Do you have many coworkers? Feels like they haven't been putting forth as much effort as you.

So, in short I think it will be well received.
