this is a werid question..i've been watching youtube tarot videos and based on those readings i'm getting a scorpio vibe with this situation...did he have scorpio in his chart...anyway...one possibility glancing at the cards is that he is with another woman.....an ex from the past
if not then i'm picking up argument over money with a romantic partner...someone is angry and feels they've been robed. he's confronting this person if not you than an ex he might even have several people involved? maybe. this ex? lied about something that robbed him of moeny? or got him in trouble with money? actually maybe she lied that he ows her money and now people are after him and he's dealing with that? he might be hiding for that reason...

Feels like D thinking about money stuff and issues trying hold best to what They do have. He wants to like go forward move or something yearns for better days. He wants to travel so badly have freedom he feel he doesn’t have things are just not going well for d at the tine
