You have a Leo asc with your sun in the 1st house. So you come across as VERY confident and this could rub people the wrong way. Leo energy is offputting to some, because it can make you seem arrogant, narcissistic, attention seeking, obnoxious, showy, or like you’re better than other people and think so highly of yourself, but the only people that are going to think this is insecure people (and most people are unfortunately). So to someone who’s insecure they are going to feel very threatened by your confidence.
Also, if Venus is conjunct your asc and your tob is a bit off, you’re probably attractive and this of course will make people jealous. It’s pathetic but it’s true. If you’re pretty, people don’t like you. Fact. Doesn’t matter what you do or how nice you are to people, they will resent you for it. Unless they themselves are also attractive and secure in themselves.
So think about the people who cause you problems... are you prettier than them? I’m willing to bet you are lol.

Now you have Capricorn moon, square Saturn and Pluto that’s a sad moon. Very sad. You didn’t get the proper nurturing growing up, and this signature will made you feel very reserved and hard to open up and connect to others since Saturn is so closed off. You feel too serious and heavy inside. Also Saturn square your moon will make you very critical and hard on yourself so it’s not good for self-esteem. A big depression aspect too. Pluto is turmoil and feels uncomfortable on the moon. Trauma aspect, that moon square Pluto. Feeling crisis and chaos internally. Just because you’re not like others doesn’t mean they’re better or right. You just have your own way. Everyone has their own challenges and strengths and so do you. That moon signature makes you very resilient and able to endure more emotional trauma or challenges and pain that most people. You’re very responsible, practical, ambitious and hard-working and mature.

And lastly, you have mars in Scorpio. This can make your actions and energy seem suspicious to others. People don’t really understand why you do the things you do. You’re also quite competitive and your actions can seem selfish or abrasive to others. Scorpio energy is very polarizing. And mars is how you’re acting, overtly. People are going to see your mars sign very obviously. You act like a Scorpio. And people aren’t going to like this all the time. Make sure you’re not doing anything sneaky or behind the scenes even if you have good intentions, because others might not realize this.
And don’t seek revenge or be petty or spiteful lol (mars in Scorpio are infamously petty and 10000 percent believers in revenge and wanting to act spiteful when angry) because it will only make things worse. I know it’s hard but rise above it. Not saying you do that, but it’s a really big potential and possibility with your mars placement.

you are correct about seeing the full scope of chiron's power. for some reason contemporary astrology is "hung up" on the wounded healer archetype of chiron and ignore the full breath of his myth.

some greek myth is give chirons father as ixion and though greek myths have Apollo giving chiron his powers of astrology music ,higher knowledge and healing and others arts, the truth is Chiron is a much older god that apollo . and most likely Apollo appropriated the se powers from Chiron initially , when apollos cult rose to prominence.
most astrologers don't consider that chiron is the centaur that appears on the sign of Sagittarius. so Chiron rules higher knowledge and astrology and occult matters.

my research has shown and has been verified by 100's of natal reading is that chiron gives high intelligence and a critical and iincisive mind. as chiron moves between Uranus and satrun ,archetypal polarity of magic and reality, chiron is concerned about the the dynamics behind reality. chiron is very critical and rejects falsity and hypocrisy.
chiron is a staunch personal friend but if offended falsly,chiron will ostracize that person from their life. chiron will "freeze" the offender out of their life even if it is a old friend. chiron almost never forgives a false offense, though with strong water chiron can be forgiving.

first off you are extreme intelligent and coherent. by that I mean you act on your believes and you expect others to do the same.
the major personality fault with Chiron is that there is little if any tact. when Chiron see's a mistake or a contradiction, Chiron immediately calls this out.as chiron sees with such clarity and combined with the fact that most people don't like to have their faults thrown in their faces, you tend to create adversaries. so generally the fault is with others lack of self consciousness.

it is your clarity that others are jealous of. from the gist of what you have written, I get the impression that your workplace is not based on personal worth but rather personal connections or butt kissing. it does not seem do be a completely professional environment as personalities play as much or more that personal abilities or worth.

in 1929, the actually trigger of the collapse were what were called broker loans. the government had regulations in place that said a buyer of stocks had to have 90% of the cash to buy the stock. well what the stock market brokers did was to go to the banks and take out broker loans and then use this money to loan to the buyer so that the buyer only had to come up with 10% of tgheh cost of the stock. in this way wall street circumvebnted the government regulations to protect the markey. it is interesting to read the wall street journal in the late 19290's because many people were questioning this new financing trick. the brokers answered that they didn't know what would happen,because this had never been done before....we all know what happened now.

our economy is called a "free capitalistic market", but what people don't understand that free means tht wall street is free to create do any financial "trick".... until it prove faulty. all market crashes are manipulated for that matter.

the 2008 crash was similar, the brokers created a new financial device called deriavatives, which they knew were faulty and they knew that millions of people would default. so the sold mortgages bundled together, knowing these mortgages would go under and then the took out insurance for when the mortgages defaulted.so they made money by selling the mortgage bundles and then made money when the mortgages defaulted.

this led to the middle class losing 40 trillion dollars in equity and it led to financial corporations depositing 44 trillion dollars in off shore banks. I won't go more into this.

but these are just examples of how chiron can use occult or privileged knowledge for evil purposes.
