Andrew appears to be a person who is able to get any woman he wants- he wishes it and he can make it happen. I do not see that woman being you at this point in time. He sees you in a platonic way, and perhaps from a financial/career angle rather than a personal relationship. He’s also being rather closed off to new women (in a romantic sense) in his life right now and would prefer to focus on material gain.

I’ve never been in a relationship with this person, but we have worked in the same place for 7 years and only now have I picked up signals that maybe he has liked me all this time but I have always dismissed any engagement. Lol he definitely likes you!! You’re not just imagining it. The work connection is showing up with the 8 of pents, I feel you two maybe work in groups a lot, you guys have a really good harmony between you and he feels that. Very balanced. He knows you guys work together well, that you get your work done together. He thinks you’re attractive, I’m hearing “cute” and he’s also trying to hold back his feelings lol but he feels a good harmonious connection towards you forsure. There is feelings and attraction there. He loves talking to you, I feel you two have a playful witty banter and he gets excited when you’re around/when he sees you.

I didn’t ask about your second question, because I don’t really need to. Balls in your court. He’s into you, so if you are also, show more signs you’re interested in him as well and give him a lil push or ask him for his number etc. I don’t see him turning you down, at all lol. It’s safe. I think you hit the nail on the head with this reading 😂! He is lot more senior than me in terms of role, but he has always shows kindness towards me, something that I never really noticed till now, and have always caught him looking at me, or trying to get my attention in some way. I don’t like to chase but let’s see what happens!
