*Our Capricorn moons are conjunct!
*His Venus-Uranus conjunction trines my Sun
*My North Node conjuncts his moon and widely conjuncts his Venus-Uranus conjunction
*His Jupiter conjuncts my Ascendant
*His Saturn conjuncts my Moon which could show that he might make me feel depressed especially since this conjunction is happening in Capricorn and in my 7th house >.<

Crazily enough my first boyfriend was born 11/2/89 so extremely similar chart to this guy. Also has a Cap Moon. I would say REALLY cater to his Venus in Sagittarius needs - be irreverent, talk about your travels, be philosophical, always down for an adventure, desire to try new things (such as restaurants/hikes/clothes, etc). Don't ever be a "conformist" etc.

Is his Mars in Libra or early Scorpio? If it's in Libra well, just accept that he's always going to be on the fence and never really pick a side in anything. It's not personal, it's just how they are. I always took it personally (I have Venus in Aries just like you so I really warn against it, try and dissolve your ego a bit here).

He was also.... hmmm, really into powerplays. Sun conj Pluto in Scorpio of course. Not something my Taurus Sun really liked but you could be into it. Keep in mind that Scorpio guys will often have inner planets completely opposite of ours and it builds a lot of friction which can inevitably lead to conflict. Some people love oppositions in synastry but they're not really my cup of tea.
