Topic: I am confused about my career any astrology or tarot reading would be appreciated?

Every time I go to work people easily get intimidated by me. They would be super nice but once I start to be better than them they would try to take me down, break my confidence with hateful words or gossip. I always get better than others really fast and get recognized. I take my job seriously and spend my off days working to improve my skills. Finally one person admitted to me before I leave that they were jealous and insecure from me and thought that i would cause them to get fired. Others don't put efforts as much as me and have no desire to improve, they always say they leave work at work and enjoy life, for me I spend many hours outside of work reading writing notes. In one year I was able to preform at work better than many coworkers with 10 and 20 years of experience. I always trigger people insecurities and the only thing they use against me is direct attack on me or who I am instead of my work. They have nothing to complain about my work so they take it personal. I was out of work for months and I had a chance to look back to think about possible ways to avoid this. But I cannot cause thats who i am. Even I am seeking therapy to get another perspective. The thing is I feel like I cannot decide what to do, I need to go back to work to pay bills, but I have no idea about the future if I should have an online job and follow my hobbies as a writer and an astrologer at some point, also I feel strong pull to study a legal studies degree, so I can be in the management at some point, what do you see for my career in the near and far further
