Anyway, what I'll do here is describe what I can see of your current transits ...

Right off I see that Uranus is in transit square your natal Moon. This transit has been going for around a year and has almost that long before it is over. It relates to shake-ups in routine, your internal emotional life/ outer domestic life that could involve such absences as you mention with your boyfriend, or even an opportunity to move. This is not usually experienced as an enjoyable transit because the nature of Moon is oriented towards security, connection with loved ones, etc, while the nature of Uranus is oriented towards spontaneous change, freedom, etc. So the thing to integrate into your thinking now is to not expect things to be predictable and look for the freedom and spontaneity in how you approach life.

Look for what you can say 'yes' and put some zip in your life without over-doing it. Those opportunities will increase as Jupiter moves into conjunction with your natal Uranus in less than a week. So look for any chance to travel and experience some adventure. Expect the unexpected and expect that it will allow you some good experiences you don't want to miss.

Your Saturn return has also begun, so this is a change-point in which you evaluate your goals and if you're following your own standards in life vs those espoused by others and pushed upon you; defining for yourself what your real responsibilities are and what effort is required to meet them.

Uranus transiting square natal Moon can also affect bodily fluids, depending on how you are experiencing it and what your stress is like, because Moon is the fundamental ruler of bodily fluids. This also appears to be the (spiritual/soul) "purpose of the relationship" ... as the Davison Chart has Sun in Sagittarius/3rd - ruled by Jupiter in Cancer/10th ... which is disposited by Moon in Aquarius/5th -> Uranus in Capricorn/4th -> Saturn in Capricorn/4th)
