Looks like there may be some trust issues here and a test of the sincerity between the two of you. Is there something that one of you has kept hidden from the other and presented a different pic of what's really going on? Seems like some conflict here and difficulty in understanding each other. There will be a transition of sorts, but some adjustments and sacrifices will need to be made in order for things to work out. One of you will be reflecting on this relationship, possibly meditating on it as well. There are insecurities and possibly lack of willpower on the part of one of you that is causing some of the problems. There may be some delays as well, so there doesn't seem to be any immediate movement..as clarifiers are showing laziness and no interest in getting things moving..pulled another card to clarify the empress and 7 of cups (rev), which shows that in the end your problems will be resolved and a good, intelligent choice will be made by the person who has strong willpower...i'm thinking this is you..go figure that the Empress card came up, too.

Have you been worried and anxious about this? It seems like things will be positive for your book project. The cards are saying that you shouldn't worry a new opportunity will come where you will find another publisher for your book. To me it looks positive! Keep me updated hope this helps!

Things look quite positive! I see you finding a publisher soon, you will then have to take a big decision or choose between two options but things will start moving fast afterwards.

Have you two been battling, have differences of opinion? There may be someone else, a third party, that may create some problems for you and your relationship. Looks like there will be some sudden changes as well. There may also be some good news coming, but it looks to be related to work. Things will change possibly because of this. It's almost as if you've had problems with relationships in the past and when things go wrong, you bury yourself in the work you do.

Umm that's not really the case... our relationship with this person is first professional and then there is some flirting/ friendship thing. So I was wondering if this would go anywhere.

Ok so in short you will make being service responsibility towards her your upmost priority....you will go above beyond but feel your efforts will go unrecognized without gratitude....you will so badly want that or to know you appreciated despite not getting that you continue to help her do everything you can...I doing know if you mom is harsh or you just are extra sensitive stressed with all you doing

I asked if you would have a romantic relationship with the person at work and got that your relationship will take a different turn, there will be a delay and then you may worry about it. One of you will be tempted by another person...then it looks like you'll have a good relationship. After that things seem unclear how they will go. Pulled two more cards to clarify and got that you will have high hopes for everything working out, but then there may be differences between you that you may not be able to overcome.
