Any insight into this person and her issues? I am trying to gain more insight so I can help improve the situation for my small workplace... In particular, she seems to have trust issues and micromanages. She needs to "fix" everyone at work. She's a workaholic with absolutely no boundaries, expecting people to work overtime despite being underpaid already. She has been holding onto her position far longer than is healthy and is resisting giving up the reins to the next person even though everyone wants him to take over. In particular she has been bullying a couple employees who both happen to have Pisces Sun and Moon, which oppose her Virgo Sun and Moon and conjunct her North Node in Pisces. So I wonder if she is resisting NN lessons. I also think she may have just gone through or is going through her second waning Saturn square. Thoughts?? How can I help her and everyone around her? Hello sashavittoriaThe supervision of the MC of Mars and Moon shows that this person wants to be the leader at all costs? Recall in memory of retro Mercury Pisces / Aquarius opposite its Sun Neptune square, this accentuated the negative part of the man. There is still Pluto conjunction South node square Mars ... ect ... And progressions, what does it give ?, thank you ------------------ initiation*décision*évaluation*réorganisation keywords of the four phases of the moon my blog in English translation Lunesoleil news IP: Logged |

The 3rd and 9th houses are wholly contained within one sign (Gemini and Sagittarius), whilst the signs of Aries and Libra are wholly contained within one house (1st and 7th) ... so my guess is that :-an issue in the 3rd and 9th houses is adversely affecting the activities of the 4th and 10th houses - in a way which, until resolved, will prevent this person from making the best/most-effective use of the qualities of Aries, Libra, Jupiter, Chiron and Uranus. So ... as already stated by Lunesoleil ... understanding that high-minded Sagittarius Mars in 9th house is the key to resolving the issues created by her management style. IP: Logged |

Hello Graham The MC is the public representation, if in the company it represents a certain power, Mars has a role of identification of the power with the Moon by the framing of the MC. Valuation of house 7, the others, projections. the master of the North Node, Neptune decreasing square with the Sun, devaluation of the ego ??, a lack of confidence which is certainly clumsily sought by its social positioning ... ------------------ initiation*décision*évaluation*réorganisation keywords of the four phases of the moon my blog in English translation Lunesoleil news IP: Logged |

Wow!! Thank you both, Lunesoleil and Graham!I am still learning and not sure how to do progressions but I will look into it. quote: this person wants to be the leader at all costs
Definitely true! My colleagues and I are trying to determine whether or not she is a narcissist... She has held onto her position for more than 20 years and refuses to let go of it. She claims she wants others to lead, but won't actually allow them to due to trust and control issues. quote: Mars has a role of identification of the power with the Moon by the framing of the MC
Thank you, this was such a great lesson for me. It seems to me like her movement from philosophy (Sag) to executive (Cap) through her career (MC). Am I being too simplistic? I don't understand exactly how these show her desire to be the leader at all costs. quote: an issue in the 3rd and 9th houses is adversely affecting the activities of the 4th and 10th houses - in a way which, until resolved, will prevent this person from making the best/most-effective use of the qualities of Aries, Libra, Jupiter, Chiron and Uranus
So ironic because her degree is in philosophy (So Sag! So H9!) yet she has wound up in this executive role. She has insecurities, I think, around the fact that she never studied what she is doing. There is a strong need for praise. Her communication style and overall outlook completely create conflicts at work, probably also at home. Today she yelled and even cursed at me! Graham, I'm very curious how this house/sign containment works. I'll do some research, thank you! I appreciate all your insight! What I suppose it means is that the Aries/Libra axis is blocked (intercepted? Isn't that the term?) so her ability to assert herself/find identity as well as her ability to form meaningful partnerships is blocked? Am I being too simplistic again? So as Lunesoleil said: quote: a lack of confidence which is certainly clumsily sought by its social positioning
Again... narcissist! But I don't mean to make her out as only bad. I like her as a person, she is just sabotaging the organization through her need for control. Anyway she is certainly overly concerned with her social positioning, but how could she not be with all that Cap and Virgo? With regards to Neptune squaring the Sun, Neptune being the ruler of her NN, is this "devaluation of ego" part of her nodal path?? In particular, my boss is picking on someone with her sun and Mercury in Pisces which oppose my boss's sun and Mercury in Virgo but conjunct her NN. Does this mean my Pisces colleague is a kind of nodal lesson for her? (The boss is firing her, so... consider the lesson unlearned!) I will certainly look into those Pltuo/Mars/SN aspects and into Mars in Sag. IP: Logged |
