I met somebody a few months ago. The way it started was extremely intense. I met them online, but the energy connection was nothing like I’ve experienced before. When I started talking to them, out of the blue - for a period of time - I felt heavily toxic. Pure heavy toxic energy just filled me, and I couldn’t sleep, and I was having panic attacks with heart palpitations. There was also a sense of intense obsession and as if my heart was being possessed (if that makes any sense)? I would have dreams of his activities, and the next day I would see that’s exactly what he was doing. Same thing goes with food...! I would crave for something, and it turns out he’s eating something similar. I’m not sure how he feels towards me, but he’s always been sweet and supportive when he responds to me. On my part on the other hand, I feel crazy intense attraction, inspiration and he puts my gears on high drive while inspiring me. Also, since meeting him, there’s been transformations. I have myself questioning what makes me really happy, what I’m willing to put up with, among many other things. I’ll confess too that my sex drive has been SHUT for the past couple of years. He appeared and all of a sudden, all I wanna do is... Last thing I noticed as well... we have the exact same birth mark on the same spot.

Karma is a mixture of good and bad, so there's no use trying to categorize it wholly as good / bad. However, same birth mark on same part of body is a clue that he could be an important soul mate. So the intensity you feel may be telling you this is an important relationship -- and important to do in a balanced, healthy way. I recommend you read this Q&A (question 30) about twin flames:

This is happening within you and your feelings are your responsibility. Leave room for free will, as he may never feel the same way. A great deal of what you are experiencing now is your own Moon conjunction to Pluto. Even though it is a bit wide, it is in your 1st house area and key to the development of your personality.

There are some very good things in this synastry, but also at least one factor indicating you should expect some reluctance or resistance from him -- or some kind of delay if the relationship will develop into something:
- Your Moon is square his Mercury, Saturn, Sun.

Understand that if it is starting out this intense it is likely to be too intense and cause friction and burnout -- unless you slow yourself down and exercise better psychic boundaries. Panic attacks with heart palpitations and the other things you describe about your heart indicate fear within you. So look for how to bring your own body-mind into balance so that you can actually see clearly how to deal with this potential relationship.

I just checked our charts again, and I didn’t realize my karma is in difficult aspects with his inner planets. Ouch...

What really got me was the intensity of the energy as well as the telepathic experience AND the exact same birthmark. I had to hear what other astrologers thought.

Yes, his moon conjuncts my Jupiter. My Venus also conjuncts his Jupiter. I thought even if my moon squared his Saturn, the above mentioned aspects helped ease the moon square Saturn. 😒

I also thought because our composite and Davidson made trines, oppositions and conjunctions with inner planets and outer planets (Saturn, Neptune and Pluto), this is definitely a soul mate and has a higher chance of coming together. And also our sun conjuncts pars of fortune in composite.

In synastry, My vertex also conjuncts his MC, juno, Eros and Valentine. His Juno makes an opposition to my aphrodite at 2 degrees.

I realize the synastry isn’t the best, but because our composite and Davison makes the intense connections, can that explain too why it was that explosive in the beginning? At least for me?

If you don’t mind me asking as well, because my moon squares his Saturn, does this mean he doesn’t appreciate me expressing my emotional nature?

There is no perfect synastry. What matters is a qualitative understanding of the challenges there. Saturn means lessons, delays, the need for patience in which you can discover tendencies you can outgrow, overcome. But the positive energies on an emotional level can help you with that. One major Saturn aspect created by his Saturn square your Moon, and one by your Saturn parallel his Mercury. Not bad. Just allow room for his need for some time and control and allow yourself the same -- but beware of the need to listen to him and consider his mindset.
