Hello my lovelies! I just had an interview with LM company. Could someone look and see if I will be offered the position I interviewed for? Thank you very much in advance. My initials are ML.

Oh congratulations!

Would it require you moving?

I got the Star, dog, and ship.(using lenormand)
There seems to be a journey,or just an offer of good news, and the company liked you very much, so I'm taking it as positive thing and yes.

Thank you very much Saille for taking time to look at my question!!!! This is very exciting news for me as I’m stuck at my current position and desperately looking for something where I can grow! Yes, the position is located in another state and will require moving.
I willl come back to update you once I receive any news from them. Thanks a lot again!

Ugh, I'm so sorry! I also didn't get the position I applied for. I received so many readings too, and they were all positive and got nothing.

Keep trying, as I'm doing, and thanks for the update.

Do either of you know who did get the job, and why it went to them rather than you?

Most interviewers appoint the "best person for the job" - but few interviewees realise that "best" does not mean "most able/technically-competent". ... You might be surprised by how much you increase your chances of being appointed just by asking "what would convince you that I am the best person for this job?"

No they didn't tell me, but I didn't interview either, it's a pretty big company and i'm guessing likely it was an internal candidate and they likely post the job bc of the law requiring them to do so.

Yes. ... In any Company, the managerial objective should always be to have developed an internal candidate that is able to fill job vacancies as/when they arise ... and, if there is an internal candidate who is "more than ready" to do so, external candidates tend to be drawn from areas close to the interview location (to minimise travelling expenses). ... Thus, being invited to attend an interview which involves making a long journey is an indication that you are considered to be a genuine 'contender' for the job.

You're right. When I've interviewed, I've always gotten the job, so I'm really surprised she didn't get it...And the reading I thought was positive cards, but clearly I missed something.
