I’m requesting a reading on my career as it is on hold at the moment. I have been looking for a job for a few months, and despite promising opportunities coming up from time to time, I’ve been finding they have gone away just like that.

I’m getting anxious and would like to know if anyone might be so kind as to do a reading, if you see me starting a job in the near future, say the next 2-3 months.

final clarifier card - to summarise everything

I got positively very positive cards for you everywhere, even the summary card was Ace of Wands which suggests success, new beginnings etc.

I think this is one of my most if not the most positive readings lol.

I’ve been having a ton of recruiters contact me in recent months, but once they submit my profile for a job, most have seemed to drop off because of the competition. I have had a couple interviews in the last few months but even those dropped away for the strangest reasons. It feels like I’ve been blocked, but am hopeful I will be able to find something soon. I did another reading for you on what could be ailing you (i.e preventing those recruiters and interviewers from calling you back) and the cards I got are:

6 of Swords Rx - Hanged Man Rx - The Sun

6 of swords Rx and Hanged Man suggests you are resistance to change or you have unfinished business. Perhaps in your subconscious. Do you have anything you are having problems letting go of? Or anything else that is troubling you/ needs to be solved?

As these cards are clarified by The Sun, I believe positive changes are afoot you once you properly "let go" of whatever that is ailing you.

The shadow card of the deck I drew 4 of Cups which suggests you might or ought to be be in a period of deeper contemplation and reevaluation, and create space within yourself for those positive changes and opportunities to come to you.
Until then, it will be a 4 of Cups situation which suggests "missed opportunities, apathy, disillusioned, depression or lost of passion/motivation"

So my summary for everything is:
Search deep within yourself to find out exactly what is ailing you/preventing you from moving forward, do not be scared and go for what you truly want. Because good things are coming for you. All the good things from my previous reading.
You just need some strength and introspection to get there

This is fascinating - I will have to introspect on what may be holding me back. It might be something left over from my last job where I ended up resigning rather than continue dealing with a back-stabbing & duplicitous boss, despite my best efforts there. I may have some hesitation regarding getting into another situation with a bad boss, because the last situation was so out of the blue; it left a bad taste in my mouth. That is very perceptive, AQUACap, and really helpful.

I'm not sure if it's you but I think I read somewhere that you're turning 29? You might want to look into your Saturn return to further understand which areas in your life you should be introspecting and developing on. I'm not good at interpreting progressed charts hence return charts are out of my capabilities but I'm sure @Graham would be of great help in this area.

That thread is quite a few years old; I wasn’t aware it had resurfaced! Oh, to be 29 again! 😄 But you’re absolutely right, I may have something going on now at 43.. I’m blanking on the cycles of the heavier planets. Thank you for the recommendation- I will pursue that line of research. And I will definitely update you of my situation in the next few months. ❤️
